Participant Consultation & Plan Agreement
We arrange a consultation with the participant, their family, and Support Coordinator to discuss specific goals, preferred roster times, cultural nuances, and establish a transparent service agreement.
Care Worker Matching & Warm Introduction
We carefully match you with qualified, screened support workers or nurses. We facilitate a warm introduction prior to the first shift so you feel comfortable, safe, and empowered right from day one.
